Born in 1975 in Sakarya. She completed her primary, secondary, and high school education in Sakarya. She graduated from Anadolu University with an Associate Degree in Midwifery in 1996, obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Midwifery from On Dokuz Mayıs University in 2011, and completed her Master’s Degree in Hospital and Healthcare Management at Beykent University, Graduate School of Social Sciences, in 2014.
