He was born in Istanbul in 1973. He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Istanbul. In 1997, he graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Marmara University. After completing his specialization training in the Department of Anesthesiology and Reanimation at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine in 2002, he worked as a specialist physician at the same hospital until 2004.
Between 2004 and 2019, he worked in private sector hospitals and held various administrative positions during this period. In 2019, he was appointed to Sancaktepe Şehit Prof. Dr. İlhan Varank Training and Research Hospital. For one year, he served as the Operating Room Responsible Physician at Çekmeköy State Hospital, which is affiliated with this hospital.
Between 2020 and 2024, he worked as the Administrative Supervisor of the Anesthesiology and Reanimation Clinic at Fatih Sultan Mehmet Training and Research Hospital. In 2023, he completed his Master’s degree in Health Management at Maltepe University.
In June 2024, he was appointed as Deputy Chief Physician at Üsküdar State Hospital. In November 2025, he was appointed as Deputy Chief Physician at Sancaktepe Şehit Prof. Dr. İlhan Varank Training and Research Hospital.
